Once confirmed, we can no longer modify your order, whether it is a change of product, address or even the method of payment... We prepare your orders quickly so that they leave our premises within the day .
However, you will have a few minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel it: call us on 01 84 80 44 20 so that we can try to intercept it.
If we can no longer intercept your order, you will have to refuse the package upon arrival and we will inform you as soon as it returns to our premises in order to proceed with its cancellation and refund.
We accept payment by credit card (except American Express), Paypal and Amazon Pay.
An internet outage, even a very brief one, can hinder the connection with your bank and cause a payment problem. We invite you to try again to place an order with the same payment method.
Please note that you can also choose to pay via Paypal, even without having an account, by selecting “Pay by card” on their login page. Payment is completely secure.
If the "Need advice" button (bottom left of the screen) is activated, ask one of our micronutrition advisors to call you back to place the order directly online with you.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, we are here to help. Before contacting us, here are some checks to do in advance:
Consult the tracking link on your customer account which will allow you to know where your order is
Check your customer account to ensure that the delivery address and your contact details are correct.
If you have received a delivery notice from our carrier, your order may be waiting for you in your Post Office.
Check with your neighbors or the caretaker of your building to make sure they have not collected the package in your absence.

The status “Unprocessed” means that we are preparing your order.
Once the order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please note, in the event of an increase in activity, this status may remain displayed a little longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

To our great despair, we have no longer delivered to Canada, subject to very strict regulations, for 4 years due to local customs who systematically return our packages to us due to the nature of our products.

Delivery is made in 3 to 5 days by Colissimo or Chrono Relais Shop2shop and 24 hours by Chronopost.
Our team prepares your packages Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders are processed twice a day by our logistics team: at 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. If you place your order on Friday after 11 a.m. your order will not be able to leave until the following Monday.
Please note, in the event of an increase in activity, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

This may be a bug when adding to the basket: check that the reference appears both on your order form sent in the order confirmation email and on the delivery note present in your package .
Did you order 3 months of treatment and only received one bottle? It is certainly a 3 month bottle: check if the number of capsules corresponds to the duration of treatment ordered.
If after all these checks, your product is still missing, contact our customer service.
We take care to carefully package each bottle to prevent them from breaking, but packages are sometimes mishandled by carriers...
If you notice that a bottle is broken, we invite you to send us a photo of it, as well as a photo of the outside of the box to the address contact@dailylab.com
If the cardboard is damaged, it is imperative to make a “reservation” upon receipt with the postman.
CAUTION: It is imperative to throw away the capsules, even if they appear intact, because you risk ingesting micro glass particles which could cause lesions.

We will confirm receipt of the package by email and will reimburse it within the day.
Please note: it is imperative that the products return in perfect condition, unopened.
In the event of a batch recall procedure, you will be contacted individually and explained to you the procedure to follow and the reasons for the current recall. You will be reimbursed for the product(s) concerned.
D-LAB undertakes to reimburse you for one month of treatment within 30 days following purchase if it does not give you satisfaction.
How to proceed?

- Upon receipt, customer service will send you the refund procedure to complete and return
- If all conditions are met, you will be informed by email of the reimbursement within 72 hours.
Payment in several installments is eligible for baskets ranging from €50 to €2,000.
The cards accepted are cards issued in France such as Visa and Mastercard.
Prepaid and virtual cards and systematic authorization are not accepted
On the payment page, select “Pay in installments with Alma”. You will then be redirected to a payment page on which you will have to enter your bank details as for a standard payment. There you will find a summary of your upcoming deadlines. You will then receive a summary email with the calendar of your deadlines then a reminder email 3 days before each deadline.
Alma systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank then sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application, to confirm that you initiated this operation and that it is not fraudulent.

This sometimes happens when the connection takes time to establish between your browser and the site. Do you have a discount voucher to use and you can't find the dedicated field?

Discount vouchers issued by D-LAB or by a third party cannot be combined with each other and are valid on the amount of your order, excluding shipping costs.

As part of our 3-month hair treatments, we systematically offer 1 month of treatment. To avoid overpackaging, we opted for a bottle containing the 3 months of treatment and no longer 3 bottles of 1 month of treatment each :)

If the opened bottle is stored in the conditions described in the precautions for use (protected from light, heat and humidity), then you simply need to respect the written DDM (minimum durability date). on the bottle label.
At D-LAB, the quality and safety of our supplements are a top priority. You can be reassured to consume our cures if the MDD is exceeded for several reasons:
-Generous DDM: Our capsules have an average DDM of 2 to 3 years upon leaving our laboratories. When you place an order on our site, we undertake to provide you with products whose shelf life is always greater than 3 months. So you will always receive a fresh and effective cure!
- Post-DDM consumption: You can absolutely begin a treatment whose DDM has been exceeded, provided that your bottle has been stored in a dry place. We understand that the date written under the bottle may raise questions, but it is important to note that this is a DDM (best before use date), and not a strict expiry date. We provide this date as a guide, but our products retain their effectiveness and safety beyond this period, as long as they are stored correctly.
